Rediculous people are running this place and I could do a better job myself without having training!

I have nothing good to say about this whole ordeal! I am told I cannot get my service because Im a go smart customer to call this number which I called they say Im not a ghost smart Customer to call T-Mobile where do I called who says to call go smart Im done. This is ridiculous. They dont have my phone number my IMEI number for my box nothing at all and she couldnt help me. Nobody can help me. Im stuck with a box that I cant use and I am so frustrated. Ridiculous. I intend to keep going with this as far as my complaint goes no wonder its calledpissedconsumer.com and I dont blame the person who wrote that one. They had it right on the money , good luck stupid people dont know anything about Customer Service Customer Service must be hiring they should be

Can you take out the auyomatic payment

Im outside the country and cant make or receive calls .every year I come to colombia and this the first time this happens.I need help solving this issue please I need the phone for work
